Because of this personalized nature of our remedies, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been dispatched from our clinic.

• Once the medicine is dispatched, it cannot be reused, resold, or reassigned to another patient.

• Therefore, refunds or exchanges are not possible after dispatch.

• The product is damaged in transit (photo proof required within 24 hours of delivery).
